What does the word ‘PACE’ mean to you? Renew Financial pioneered the creation and implementation of the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing model that aims to help American homeowners move towards clean energy. PACE projects financed by Renew Financial have led to greenhouse gas reductions equivalent to removing over 264,000 cars from the road. 

Renew Financial has become the most experienced and widely used provider of the residential PACE financing program in the nation. They have expanded their services to Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maine, New York, and Pennsylvania and are adding new states regularly with a bold vision to create affordable access to clean energy and lead to a safe, healthy, and sustainable world. 

Struggles and Pains

With fast-tracked growth, Renew Financial constantly made sure to bring competent professionals and partners on board to help the homeowners navigate various financing options. However, increases in their workforce added to the burden on the manual workflow currently used to update the employee profile attributes to AD. Manually managing employee lifecycle events were not a scalable solution for the IT team whose workload increased every day.
